  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required before confirmation of the booking,in writing can be given.
  • The final balance is required six weeks before commencement of the holiday and is non-refundable. We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance to ensure yourselves are fully covered should you need to cancel your holiday.
  • The property will be made available from 2.00 pm onwards on arrival day and guests are requested to vacate the property by 10.00 am in order that the owners can clean and prepare the property for the arrival of new guests. For stays of one week or more, guests should ensure that the owners access is available on Saturday from 10.00 am for general cleaning and change of linen.
  • One pet welcome, but not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Under no circumstances should the pet be left unattended in the property.
