We are a independent family run business which values are customers and will try to be as flexible as possible. Due to a low deposit of £100 and no Administration fees, we are able to transfer or postpone any bookings for up to 2 years in the event of COVID-19 restrictions i.e Local or regional lock downs. Payment: We accept payment by credit and debit cards, bank transfer A non -refundable deposit of £100 per week is required before written confirmation of your booking can be given. The final balance is due Eight weeks before commencement of the holiday.
We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance to ensure that you are fully covered i.e if you fall ill with covid or required to self- isolate or quarantine & should you need to cancel your holiday.
Cancellation: *under normal times if you need to cancel your booking we will release your dates . If we receive a new booking then you may select new dates. An email cancellation must be confirmed by us to ensure it has been received.
On arrival: The cottages are between 4.00pm & 5.30pm on day of arrival. Please collect cottage keys from the Granary next door.
Guests staying more than one week, please allow access from 10am Saturday for general clean and change of linen.
Departure: Guests are requested to vacate the cottages by 10.00am, in order that the owners clean and prepare the cottage for arrival of new guests.
General: All damage or breakages will be charged.
Pets: The Granary Cottage welcomes one well behaved small/medium dog @ £5.00 per night. we request that you do not allow them in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Pets must not be left unattended in the cottage at any time.
